At Embark Homes, we believe building a home is one of life’s biggest decisions and it should feel exciting – not overwhelming! Our role is to guide you through the process with confidence and care.
We are a hands-on, client-focused team, committed to making the building journey clearer, more structured, and genuinely supported from start to finish.
Since 2019, we have supported our clients through every step of their building journey, from first home buyers to families knocking down and rebuilding, downsizers, and those exploring modular or custom homes.
Embark Homes is led by a team of experienced industry professionals, including our directors, who bring practical knowledge, project experience, and a strong focus on quality outcomes. With backgrounds across building, people management and project delivery, our leadership team is actively involved in ensuring every home meets a high standard of workmanship and finish.
We work closely with clients to understand their goals, lifestyle, and vision, tailoring each build to suit their individual needs.
Our team manages the full journey - from early planning and design selection, through to finance considerations, selections, construction, and handover. We focus on transparency, communication, and a well-managed process so clients always know what to expect.

Glen Miller

Glen has over 25 years of experience across the home finance and construction industries. With qualifications in financial planning, finance and mortgage broking management, training and assessment, Glen brings strong industry insight and practical knowledge to Embark Homes.
Glen began his career as Marketing Manager at his family’s company, Royal Mirage Realty in 1997. From 2000 to 2010, he worked as an independent lending specialist, helping clients secure finance solutions suited to their needs. His deep understanding of both finance and residential construction has played an important role in the success of Embark Homes.

Jo has over a decade of experience helping grow and strengthen businesses through successful strategies, streamlined systems and a strong focus on people and operations.
With a background in people management and business solutions, Jo brings together the different areas of the business to create a united and efficient team. She holds a Bachelor of Finance and a Master of Business and Project Management.

Octavian is passionate about sustainable design and believes that a fresh, thoughtful approach can help overcome the challenges of any project. He has built a team of skilled craftsmen who share his commitment to quality, detail and bringing every client’s vision to life.
As a co-founder of multiple companies, Octavian has experience across retail and construction, with strengths in financial risk, people management, cost control and business development. His approach has helped deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
